Why is this a dining experience you don’t want to miss?
Well, for beginners, chef Himanshu Saini is an award-winning chef, in our What’s in the Dubai Awards 2021He is both an artist and a chef, and he is considered to be one of the youngest taste leaders in the Indian gastronomy today.
He has worked with many of the most acclaimed names in Indian gastronomy and has introduced some of the most creative and groundbreaking concepts in India. His goal is to change people’s perceptions of Indian cuisine and improve the way diners today experience Indian cuisine; the culmination of which is Trèsind Studio.
Prateek, a chef from Kashmir, grew up on his family farm. This in turn piqued his interest. He stepped into the kitchen when he was 10 years old, where his mother and aunt taught him the basics of cooking. His passion for food drove him, and he has worked in top hotels and restaurants all over the world.
After returning to India, chef Prateek established contact with Aditi Dugar, and the two opened Masque, a fine-dining restaurant using ingredients in the center of Mumbai in September 2016.
