Dua Lipa is working with Mark Ronson on her new album.
The 27-year-old singer sneaked into a New York City recording studio earlier this month in preparation for her long-awaited third album.
According to The Sun, Dua released her last album, Future Nostalgia, in 2020, and the famed record producer has also joined the studio.
Mark, 47, has worked with many well-known artists over the years, including Amy Winehouse, Adele, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Bruno Mars.
What’s more, he previously recorded Diplo’s hit “Electricity” with Dua.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, Dua let fans know what to expect from her new album.
The London-born star admits feeling “more free” at this stage of her career.
She shared: “When I was writing my new album, I felt more free in a whole different way. And more in control than I thought.”
Dua revealed that she is now more confident than ever.
The singer believes her newfound confidence is reflected in her music.
“As an artist, as you progress and practice — the more time you spend really honing things — the more comfortable and confident you become,” she said. “That’s how I feel about ‘future nostalgia.'”
Dua also enjoys the experience of touring in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The chart-topping star likened the feeling of performing in front of thousands of fans to being “invincible.”
“I saw it take on a whole new lease of life,” she said. “Once I sang the first line of the first song, there was an almost invincible feeling, joining forces with the music…just having fun.”
