[ad_1]

Dubai Airports has announced the launch of the Future Ready Graduate Programme, which aims to attract and recruit high-performing Emirati graduates from various disciplines in line with the operator’s ongoing Emiratization efforts.

This annual program will provide UAE graduates with the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of airport operations at one of the world’s leading and busiest international airports. During the 12-month training period, through three rotation stages, trainees will be exposed to cross-functional work roles and will be supported with focused career planning and individualized feedback and coaching.

Final placement at the end of the program will be awarded based on factors such as completed requirements and business confirmation, offering graduates the opportunity to start and develop a career at Dubai Airports.

Dubai Airports prides itself on creating a vibrant, supportive environment marked by excellence and quality, and seeks to support the next generation of Emirati graduates through a unique approach to growth and development. With many graduates seeking careers that offer greater fulfillment and long-term satisfaction, Dubai Airports is offering young Emiratis a route to gaining experience in a well-equipped, world-class aviation hub.

Meshari Al Bannai, Executive Vice President, Human Resources Development at Dubai Airports, said: “Dubai Airports is committed to boosting the national talent base by developing the next generation of Emirati professionals and is committed to providing the necessary tools to support their career journey.

“The Future-Ready Graduate Program is a new platform that allows ambitious young graduates to advance their talents in a dynamic aviation environment with the opportunity to experience a tailored experience at one of the best international airports in the world job rotation. We look forward to working with universities across the UAE as we expand the program to emerging UAE graduates across the country.” – trade arab news agency
