Dubai Aviation City Corporation, through its affiliate Dubai South, has partnered with Dubai Insurance to launch a comprehensive Employee Protection Insurance program for all Dubai South licensees.
Effective from August 2023, the program will be mandatory for new employment visas and work permits, while existing visas will require enrollment during residence visa renewal.
The initiative aims to create a secure environment for employees within Dubai South, offering coverage for unpaid salaries, end-of-service benefits, repatriation costs, and unreimbursed expenses.
This collaboration reinforces Dubai’s commitment to employee rights and corporate governance, supporting the UAE’s strategic vision.
