Dubai Culture has launched a loan period update service on its website, based on its commitment to continuously improve the services provided by its public libraries and the customer experience, which helps to increase satisfaction and satisfy all The wishes of the customer.

Visitors to the branch of the Dubai Public Library can now update the return date of borrowed books by visiting the Authority’s website www.dubaiculture.gov.ae And follow a few quick steps to complete the renewal process. Members only need to select the library service, log in to their account, and then select “Update My Information”.

The new service will be automatically approved and allow renewal of books (once for each book) within 28 days from the date of the renewal request, provided that there is no overdue penalty for borrowing materials from the library.
