Dubai Property Sales 2026: Market Hits Dh286 Billion In First Half

Dubai Property Sales 2026: First-Half Transactions Cross Dh286 Billion

Dubai Property Sales 2026 are off to a record start, with the market recording Dh286.43 billion in transactions during the first six months of 2026, according to Dubai Land Department data. More than 79,000 deals were registered, covering over 67,000 property units across the emirate.

January was the busiest month, with sales worth Dh72.16 billion, making it the strongest single month of the half. Momentum eased slightly through spring, but high-value deals kept coming.

In March, an Aman Residences Dubai apartment sold for Dh422 million, the largest single property transaction of the period. Another Aman unit followed, selling for Dh356 million.

Other standout sales included a residence at Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah for Dh92.5 million and a property at Bluewaters Residences for Dh90 million.

June closed the first half with Dh32.65 billion in property sales across nearly 12,700 transactions, showing the market remained strong through the middle of the year.

Analysts say the figures reflect continued confidence among both local and international buyers, with branded residences and premium waterfront communities remaining the biggest draw.

Despite regional uncertainty earlier in the year, Dubai‘s property sector has stayed one of the most resilient parts of the local economy.
