Dubai Taxi Hiring Drivers, Supervisors; Earn Over AED 7,000 Monthly

Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC), which operates under the umbrella of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), is currently embarking on a recruitment drive for several key positions within their team. They are actively seeking individuals to fill roles as limousine drivers, school bus drivers, as well as bus supervisors and attendants, and these positions are open to applicants from all nationalities.

For those interested in applying for the limousine driver position, a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, along with possession of a valid driving license from either the UAE or the GCC. Successful candidates for this role can look forward to a competitive monthly income that exceeds Dh7,000.

The school bus driver positions, on the other hand, are available to candidates who fall within the age range of 23 to 45 years.

In addition to meeting the age requirement, applicants should hold a valid UAE driving license specifically for heavy vehicles (No. 6). The compensation for this role is set at Dh2,700 per month.

Dubai Taxi Corporation is also actively seeking female candidates between the ages of 23 and 45 to fulfill the roles of bus supervisors and attendants. These positions offer a monthly salary ranging from Dh1,500 to Dh1,800, in addition to other benefits.

In an effort to recognize and foster a culture of excellence within their workforce, the Dubai Taxi Corporation recently honored the top 10 drivers who achieved the highest number of trips booked through the ‘DTC App’ in the previous year, 2022.

This gesture underscores the organization’s commitment to acknowledging and motivating their drivers to consistently perform at their best.

Overall, the Dubai Taxi Corporation’s recruitment efforts underscore their commitment to providing diverse employment opportunities while valuing the contributions of their employees, all of which are geared towards ensuring the highest level of service excellence for the community they serve.
