Ellington Properties, Dubai’s leading design-led boutique developer, said it has partnered with Sol Properties, the property development arm of Bhatia Group, to co-develop a new residential project at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) under the Ellington brand.
The new project, located in JVC’s popular family-friendly area in the heart of the new Dubai, adds to Ellington’s portfolio of 11 developments in the Jumeriah district, the developer said.
The new JVC project will span four residential floors in addition to the ground floor. It will provide residents with resort-like facilities including paddle tennis courts, swimming pool with jacuzzi, children’s pool, table tennis play area, children’s play area, BBQ and dining area, fitness centre.
