Emirates Motor Company (EMC), the authorised general dealer of Mercedes-Benz in Abu Dhabi, has opened a newly renovated showroom on Airport Road. This marks the completion of a major three-phase investment it has made over the past year.
The showroom is now one of the most advanced Mercedes-Benz facilities in the world, emphasizing the highest global standards offered by the world’s leading luxury car brand.
The new facility will help reshape the brand’s image in the market, reflecting the commitment of Al Fahim Group and EMC management.

Spanning over 74,500 square feet, the state-of-the-art showroom is designed to provide a fully digital and customer-centric retail experience, adapting the regional sales and service platform for the future. It includes customer-centric building planning, new service processes, full use of multimedia and retail systems, and flexible, innovative retail specifications to provide customers with a more convenient experience. The intelligently designed showroom is equipped with four private consultation rooms and can display 50 cars.
At the inauguration, EMC hosted more than 200 guests and VIPs who enjoyed a personalized tour of the showroom and were the first to experience state-of-the-art service.
The new showroom includes semi-private areas for casual and convenient discussions. A dedicated area with large customizable digital displays allows customers to enjoy complete privacy while finalizing their choice of dream car. In addition, there are four private areas where buyers will get a personalized new Mercedes-Benz handover.

The expansion of the service center means that the workshop area is now nearly 13,500 square feet, while the reception area has doubled to 10,600 square feet. The workshop has been completely refurbished in line with Emirates Motor’s values ​​of always providing the highest quality service to its customers.
The workshop is fully visible to showroom visitors, allowing customers to see the high-quality craftsmanship on offer in full transparency.
