The 6-month Future Tech Leaders Program kicked off on July 3rd and attracted 100 participants who will have the unique opportunity to gain expertise from two prestigious institutions with a global reputation. In the second phase, MIT, known for its groundbreaking technological advancements, will offer specialized training based on participants’ chosen areas of specialization. The Future Technology Leaders Program aims to nurture and develop the next generation of technology leaders in the UAE, making a significant difference in bridging the talent gap and delivering professional training. Noura Alblooshi, Acting General Manager, EIF, highlighted the programme’s objectives, saying: “The ‘Shaping Future Technology Leaders in Financial Services’ course aims to equip UAE financial services professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to quickly navigate the industry.
