Each year, visitors are introduced to the Sheikh Zayed Falcon Reintroduction Program (SZFRP), considered one of the ancient traditions established and initiated by the late Sheikh Zayed in the conservation of the species. The program has flourished since 1995, releasing more than 2,150 peregrine and saker falcons, allowing them to breed and increase their numbers in their original habitat.
