SAINT PETERSBURG, 14th June, 2023 (WAM) — On behalf of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Sheikh Saud bin Saha His Excellency Kerr Al Qasimi will lead the UAE delegation to St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian Federation (SPIEF 2023).
The UAE will be participating in the four-day forum as this year’s edition’s “Guest of Honor”.
HH Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, who arrived in the city earlier today, will attend the plenary session, which will be attended by Heads of State and Government, senior government officials, business leaders, experts and representatives of regional and international economic organizations.
The UAE high-level delegation included representatives of multiple ministries, agencies, government agencies, and major national companies from both the public and private sectors.
Over the past 24 years, the Forum has become the leading global platform for members of the business community to meet and discuss key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets and the world at large.
More than 1,000 economists from more than 80 countries participated.
