ABU DHABI, 11th November, 2022 (WAM) — Tawdheef x Zaheb, one of the biggest events in the UAE’s Emiratisation calendar, will open in the presence and sponsorship of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, 2022 November 14 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) until November 16.

This year marks the 16th free event for UAE nationals.

As the UAE’s leading Emiratisation platform, the exhibition is sought after by young Emiratis looking to learn about emerging careers, interact with business leaders and officials, and network with potential employers. This year, the campaign launched with a new identity, Tawdheef x Zaheb, appropriately adapted to meet the needs and aspirations of young Emiratis and the changing needs of employers. The new format is focused on empowering young Emiratis and potential employers to take advantage of the UAE government’s enhanced Emiratisation policy.

A series of micro-activities and interactive immersive sessions in the event allow freshmen to gain valuable experience from the elderly while showing their abilities and talents. The licensing phase hosts various career development programmes and is expected to be a big draw for Tawdheef x Zaheb. Topics listed this year range from developing future competency skills to understanding the role of innovation in shaping the UAE’s knowledge economy, from using artificial intelligence to accelerate career preparation to identifying ways in which youth can play a leading role in building a sustainable future. Additionally, Tawdheef x Zaheb will host career preparation workshops focusing on specific and trending topics such as resume writing, interviews and networking.

Organisers took special care to ensure the event was friendly to the determined, giving them equal access to emerging careers and opportunities. To this end, the organizers have partnered with ImInclusive to better meet the needs of the determined, including three sessions co-hosted during the empowerment phase and workshop.

Tawdheef x Zaheb is growing in popularity among aspiring young Emiratis, attracting some of the region’s most prominent organisations to the event.
