ABU DHABI, 21st June, 2023 (WAM) — The Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, DCT ABU DHABI, has announced that tickets for the USA Basketball Showcase will go on sale today, where the U.S. men’s national team will From 18-20 August, Greece and Germany will play at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
Egypt, Lebanon and Mexico have also announced additional matches at the Etihad Arena on August 17-18 as part of International Basketball Week.

Abu Dhabi has emerged as a leading sports tourism destination in recent years and history is being made in 2022 when the Etihad Stadium hosts its first NBA game, with two official preseason games between the Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks game.
Later in the year, the 2023 NBA Abu Dhabi Games returns, with the Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves facing off at the Etihad Arena from October 5-7.
The U.S. men’s national team will face Greece on Aug. 18 and Germany on Aug. 20. Germany and Greece will also play at the Etihad Arena on Aug. 19.
Lebanon, Egypt and Mexico will play two matches at the Etihad Arena, with Lebanon playing Egypt on August 17 and Lebanon playing Mexico on August 18.
