ABU DHABI, 26th December, 2022 (WAM) — President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has awarded Hjayceelyn M. Quintana, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the UAE, the Order of Independence First Order in recognition of her Her efforts during her tenure have contributed to the development of bilateral relations in various fields.
Minister of State Ahmed bin Ali Sayegh presented the medal to Quintana at a reception at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
During the meeting, Al Sayegh affirmed the UAE’s desire to strengthen relations with the Philippines in various fields and expressed appreciation for Quintana’s role in strengthening bilateral cooperation during his time in the country.
He also thanked her for her efforts and wished her success in her future endeavors.
Quintana, for her part, expressed her pride in receiving the medal, which represents the depth of friendship and bilateral cooperation between the UAE and the Philippines.
She also expressed her deep gratitude to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum , praising his leadership.
Quintana concluded by thanking all government entities in the UAE for their cooperation, which has contributed to her successful mission to strengthen relations between the two countries.
