ABU DHABI, 5th December, 2022 (WAM) — President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received Malaysia’s King Sultan Abdullah Sultan, who is on a working visit to the UAE Ahmed Shah.
During their meeting at the Al Shati Palace in Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and His Majesty the King discussed the close relationship between the UAE and Malaysia and their shared interests in promoting further sustainable development for the benefit of both countries and their people .
The King of Malaysia welcomed the signing of a concession agreement between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Petronas, the first investment of its kind in the Abu Dhabi region by a Malaysian company.
The meeting was attended by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Adviser to the Presidential Court on Special Matters; Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; Sultan bin Ahmed Al Nahyan, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Dr Jaber; and various senior officials accompanying the King of Malaysia
