ABU DHABI, 2nd November (WAM) — The upbeat UAE Jiu-Jitsu team continued their winning streak on the fifth day of the Jiu-Jitsu World Championships with outstanding performances and outstanding results. The UAE champion took home six medals, including two golds, two silvers and two bronzes, in the adult competition at the Jiu-Jitsu Arena in Zayed Sports City on Wednesday.
Both the men’s and women’s teams managed to top the rankings and secure medals as the team, sponsored by Mubadala Investments, struggled to climb the leaderboard and retain the previous year’s title. UAE JJF Vice President Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri praised the UAE national team for maintaining a winning streak on the fifth day of the tournament.

Kubais embraces glory
