e&’s etisalat launches Apps 360 for SMEs

e&’s etisalat announces Apps 360, a new product designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) build custom mobile applications.

The app building solution is delivered in partnership with Builder.ai, an easy-to-use, AI-powered, next-generation software development platform that empowers everyone and businesses to turn their ideas into software.

Using cutting-edge technology, the new Apps 360 powered by Builder.ai Studio Store will provide a comprehensive solution including end-to-end inventory management, product catalog functionality, secure payments, user order tracking and in-house team management. It also offers an admin console with multiple roles, rights management and account creation options, backed by Builder Care and cloud-based support.

Powerful Digital Platform

The new Apps 360 is part of etisalat by e&’s strategy to meet the growing demand of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to have a strong digital platform to enhance brand value, connect with customers online and provide best-in-class customer service.

It offers verticalized applications specific to healthcare and fitness, grocery stores, restaurants, e-commerce, and more. It also enables businesses to deliver richer engagement by identifying customer profiles and interests in real time and executing relevant, targeted and personalized communications.

The app building solution starts at AED 300 (US$ 81.68) per month for 100 users at a time and can be easily subscribed via the etisalat by e& website. All plans offer logo and branding downloads, app installation and maintenance, bug fixes, and regular app updates and maintenance on web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Apps 360 also has a loyalty add-on that rewards new and returning customers and automates multiple customer touchpoints for self-support and FAQs. — trade arab news agency
