Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is doubling the frequency of its flights to Bangkok and will operate two daily flights from Abu Dhabi from March 26, offering a total of 14 weekly direct flights to Bangkok Airport (BKK) flights.
Both Business and Economy Class on these flights will offer Etihad’s award-winning service and comfort.
Arik De, Chief Revenue Officer, Etihad Airways, said: “The convenient timing of our second Bangkok flight from Abu Dhabi optimizes the timing for those UAE residents looking to take a break from Thailand.
“Furthermore, the return trip from Bangkok allows these Thai residents to arrive in Abu Dhabi in the morning and be the first to explore what the city has to offer for both business and leisure. It further reaffirms our commitment to allow more guests to enjoy Abu Dhabi .”
Bangkok is a world-renowned destination in its own right and a gateway for millions of tourists traveling to Thailand and beyond in Southeast Asia each year. The new frequency will make it easier for people to connect to and from Thailand via Etihad’s growing global route network.
Etihad Airways has just taken third place in AirlineRatings’ list of the top 20 safest airlines for 2023, the highest-ranked airline in the Middle East. – trade arab news agency
