United Arab Emirates: The Lithuanian Embassy in the UAE has announced that UAE and other UAE residents can experience first-hand at the upcoming Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE) 2022, which will be held at ADNEC Hall 7, C25, from 6-8 December 14 Lithuanian food and beverage companies will showcase innovative, high-quality and organic Lithuanian products.
Lithuania is located in northern Europe, and the climate is neither too hot nor too cold for large-scale cultivation of high-quality agricultural products. More than one-third of Lithuania’s territory is covered by forests, with clean air and natural groundwater resources. The combination of the country’s natural advantages and technological prowess opens the door to exceptional possibilities in agriculture and food production.
HE Ramūnas Davidonis, Ambassador of Lithuania to the UAE, said: “As the 30th anniversary between Lithuania and the UAE begins on October 16, the sky is the limit to take bilateral trade to a new level, especially in the agricultural and innovation sectors. Apart from the fact that the UAE is known as a business and innovation hub, the country also supports progressive and healthy fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).”
During Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE) 2022, 14 food producers from Lithuania will be present at their booths, such as AUGA Group, the largest producer of field-to-shelf organic food in Europe; Cerera foods, JSC, a manufacturer of breakfast cereals established 27 years ago; Chazz, the world’s first potato chips for adults only; Ekko, Lithuania’s largest producer of organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil and rapeseed cakes that are environmentally friendly ; Grainmore, one of the largest producers of modern oats and granola in Northern Europe; Taitau company, which produces high-quality natural chocolate in the tradition of Lithuanian chocolate; OMG Bubble Tea, an experienced food and beverage production company from Lithuania, offers ready-to-drink and unique bubble tea; Orivego, a naturally nutritious plant-based product for people with active lifestyles; Startuper’s Smoothies, an organic smoothie manufacturer based in Lithuania; Straikas, the largest producer of natural birch sap in all of Europe, Its brand is Sip Sap and is sold in more than 20 countries around the world; Super Garden, a freeze-dried brand that offers the most innovative and unique products; Varėnos pienelis, a promising and fast-growing company that offers delicious and healthy dairy products; Wezoop, a start-up developing healthy anti-aging foods that aim to create products with varying daily doses of vitamins and supplements; 7IN – 7 Ievos namai, a company that produces herbal teas, artisanal jams and spreads, raw honey and Original producer of exclusive spices.
