Dubai’s flagship airline, Emirates, will open its pavilion on October 1. Visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai will not only have a glimpse of the future of commercial aviation.
The Emirates Pavilion is undergoing final touch-ups, and the airline announced that starting from Wednesday, visitors can plan to visit and book their preferred dates and time slots in advance.

How will a large-scale event plan for the future within 10 thematic weeks
The UAE Pavilion is located in the Opportunity Zone, within walking distance to Al Wasl Dome. It provides a preview of the future of commercial aviation and redefines the role that science and technology will play in air travel in the next 50 years, as it welcomes visitors to experience both Interactive multi-sensory installations on floors.
Construction of the UAE Pavilion started in March 2019 and will be completed in June 2021. During the design and construction phase, the pavilion follows a number of sustainability principles, using harmless, regional, reusable and recyclable materials in the overall structure, and combining different design solutions to reduce energy and water consumption .
The towering four-story design and façade of the pavilion is modeled after the wing of an airplane flying, and 24 aluminum composite fins are curved around the two sides of the building structure. Its exterior lighting includes an 800-meter-long LED system that can be illuminated in bright colors at night. The bright and ultra-modern interior design allows plenty of natural light to enter and serves as the background for an immersive experience, which can accommodate 120 people per hour.
Emirates staff and crew will be ready to help visitors to the pavilion. In addition to installations and experiences, visitors can also enjoy food at the Emirates Pavilion Café located on the ground floor, and take home souvenirs from the visit at the Emirates official store, which will display customized Emirates and the ones sold at Expo 2020 Dubai commodity.
The UAE Pavilion will be open every day from 10 am to 10 pm during Expo 2020 Dubai.

Visitors will walk into the laboratory of the future, conduct robotic arm experiments, and showcase the technologies that will make future aircraft faster, lighter, and more robust.
>> Thrust and propulsion
The interactive screen will provide a series of animations to explore future engine and fuel technologies such as hypersonic, hydrogen, hybrid and electric, highlighting their impact on emissions, sustainability, comfort and speed, and have realistic aircraft engines Model.

Visitors will use their knowledge to test and design, and fly their own personalized, futuristic aircraft.
