Expo City Dubai unveils Shamsa Townhouses Phase 2 post Phase 1 sellout

Expo City Dubai, the master developer, has unveiled the second phase of its Shamsa Townhouses project in Expo Valley. This release follows the complete sale of the first phase and has attracted significant interest globally, from investors and homeowners alike.

Mangrove Residences, the initial cluster of apartment buildings within Expo Central, is also experiencing brisk sales, with two more clusters on the horizon.

Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai, commented, “The rapid sell-out of Shamsa Townhouses’ first phase reflects Dubai’s thriving real estate market and the increasing appeal of the southern city as a convenient and high-quality place to reside and work.
