Famous chef Heinz Beck will host a three-day series of dinners in Dubai

Chef Heinz Beck only stayed in the city for a few days…

Award-winning chef Heinz Beck will travel to Dubai from October 9th to 11th next week to host a series of exclusive dinners at his fine dining restaurant Social by Heinz Beck at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

The dinner series will include dishes that have never been seen before and will only be offered during his visit. Food lovers and daily diners not only have the opportunity to enjoy the limited edition menu, but also meet the gourmet masters.

What can you expect in the evening?

Guests can choose from an à la carte menu or a five-course set menu for AED 600 or a seven-course menu for AED 800.

Want wine to match your meal? A five-course meal costs AED 1,010 and a seven-course meal costs AED 1,350.

Some of the dishes on the menu include pistachio cream scallops (pictured above), grape and plum sauce; red shrimp with quinoa, curry and salsify; lamb with wild fennel sauce and nettle cream.

Throughout the evening, the sweet melody played by the resident pianist at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah in Dubai will bring live entertainment.

Chef Heinz Back was born in Germany and has worked in some of the best kitchens in Europe, including the three-Michelin star Tantris in Munich.
