Yas Marina Circuit continues their commitment to offer new and exciting health and fitness opportunities to the local community through new partnerships with CRANK and Les Mills to bring new fitness classes to the Formula 1 circuit.
Train YAS will now have the addition of the infamous Les Mills Classes, a chance for local residents and visitors to get their heart pumping and to take their fitness to the next level. The best part…these sessions take place on the infield of the track and are completely free.
A range of free fitness sessions are available to the local community, including Les Mills Body Attack, Body Combat, and Body Balance, as well as Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba from Monday-Wednesday. To attend, guests simply need to register online for TrainYAS, at no cost, to get a barcode to access the track, there is no specific requirement to register for the individual class.
After the success of previous sessions, Crank also returned to the circuit for three sold-out Silent Disco RIDE sessions on March 7th. The classes took place on their ever-popular stationary bikes located on the North Circuit with incredible views of the world-famous circuit under the lights. Participants powered through heavy climbs and saddle up for powerful sprints in their signature sessions.
In addition to the unique classes, the community still have the opportunity to break a sweat around the Formula 1 track in this weekend’s ADNOCTrainYAS Presented By ADSC back for its 12th edition on Saturday 12th March. Individuals of all fitness levels and ages are encouraged to jog, cycle, or take a leisurely walk with loves ones at sunset. In partnership with Abu Dhabi Cycling Club, complimentary bikes and helmets are available in various adult and kid sizes located at the ComYas village.
