With Board Consent, Mr. Sean Brennan Resigns as CEO of Focus Entertainment [ALFOC – FR0012419307] Effective immediately, May 16. As part of the governance changes and to pursue the development of the company’s strategy, the Board of Directors announced at its meeting on May 16 that it had decided to combine the functions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the appointment of Fabrice Larue as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Focus Entertainment .
Mr. Sean Brennan said: “I am delighted to support the growth of Focus and the pursuit of its strategy to move up the value chain. The rest of the group’s senior management team remains in place and is focused on delivering on its ambitious line-up. Focus reiterated its confidence in the execution of the 2023/24 roadmap.
Furthermore, after announcing a record turnover of EUR 194 million on March 31, 2023, the Group confirmed that it expects a strong increase in operating margins in the 2022/23 financial year.
The group will announce its 2022/23 results after the close of business on 15 June 2023.
