You can access the shuttle bus service online in the following ways.
1. Once you book your hotel or buy tickets for Abu Dhabi attractions through the Visit Abu Dhabi website, you will receive a coupon with a QR code.
2. Scan the QR code to go to the shuttle bus online platform.
3. Register for the service by providing the following details:
• full name
• email address
• number of passengers
• Select whether you are a resident or visitor.
• Select your country of origin.
4. Next, click on the “Start” button.
5. Select a destination.
6. Next, the website will display the shuttle stops near you, and the arrival time. Alternatively, you can find the full timetable and available routes via the Visit Abu Dhabi website – https://visitabudhabi.ae/en/plan-your-trip/around-the-emirate/shuttle-bus
7. Before boarding, please show the QR code you received from Visit Abu Dhabi.
The bus is equipped with comfortable seats, air conditioning, wheelchair access and Wi-Fi access.
