The Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Spartan are preparing to launch a free-to-attend 9-day interactive roadshow and free-to-attend training sessions at various locations ahead of the UAE National Day weekend showcase event at Al Wathba.

The Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Spartan, the world’s leading endurance sports and extreme fitness brand, have announced the launch of a free training session to give participants an idea of what to expect at the Spartan World Championships to be held at Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi Desert, December 2 to 4th.
Compete with the best OCR athletes in the world for over $125,000 in prize money.
The unique environment of the second Spartan World Championships in Abu Dhabi means fitness enthusiasts and amateur athletes can test themselves on the same track as the world’s best in open heats. Open to all ages and skill levels, there are no eligibility requirements for these competitions, and all interested are welcome to register.
Ahead of the exciting weekend, the organizers will launch a 9-day training course in various locations. Starting Friday, at 321 Sports on Hudariat Island in Abu Dhabi, avid Spartans and curious fitness enthusiasts can tackle a variety of obstacles and challenges for which Spartans are known, including tire flips, Tire pull, box jumping, crossing walls, etc.
Following the three-day event, training sessions will be transferred to other locations during the weekends of November 18-20 and November 25-27.
