Tiffin, Iowa (KCRG) – An Iowa-based movie theater company announced that it is developing a theater and entertainment center at the Park Place development on the west side of I-380 in Tiffin.
Expected to be called “The Palm Theater, IMAX and Family Entertainment Center,” the complex will include 16 bowling lanes, an arcade, laser tag and gaming spaces, as well as a full restaurant, bar and outdoor patio. The restaurant/bar will offer specialty and classic appetizers, entrees, desserts and cocktails. Those looking to watch a movie and enjoy food and/or drinks have the option to pick up these items and bring them into their auditorium.
Each auditorium in the building will offer digital laser projection, immersive audio and large curved screens. Some theaters will be equipped with RealD 3D capabilities. The IMAX® Auditorium will feature IMAX’s laser projection technology, its 12-channel immersive sound system and massive wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling screens.
Party and screening rooms are also available for special events, birthdays and conference rentals.
