Dubai Fitness Challenge
As part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, ToDA will inspire fitness enthusiasts in the city through free yoga classes from 10 am to 11 am every Friday from 29 amday October to 26day November 2021.
If you have just started exercising or resumed exercising after a break, low-impact exercises that are easy on the joints and do not require special equipment are the most attractive. Participate in a national fitness challenge with Amanda, and take a calming class with Amanda, a certified health instructor who specializes in Hatha-Vinyasa style yoga.
