The annual Stanislaus Artists Open Studio Tour returns with 50 artists presenting their work in four cities. From April 15-21, the Modesto area’s planned entertainment concluded with a tribute band and Scottish music at the Gallo Center.

Watch artists at work in their studios during the Stanislaus Artist Open Studio Tour. This year 50 artists will be participating in self-guided events in Modesto, Ceres, Turlock and Oakdale. Features will be jewelry, ceramics, woodwork, mosaics, textiles, metalwork, paintings, graphic arts and photography. The Stephanie D Band pays tribute to Carole King at the Gallo Center. The band’s album “To Carole with Love” celebrates the 50th anniversary of King’s “Tapestry.” Stephanie Damilanos on piano and vocals on hits like “I Feel the Earth Move,” “It’s Too Late,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” “Where you Lead” and more showed.

Skelly Wall
Two brothers, Daniel on accordion and Martin Gillespie on pipes, whistle and accordion, along with other musicians make up Skerryvore. The group plays music from the ceilidh tradition on the west coast of Scotland on the Isle of Tiree. A group of people came to the Gallo Center.

Fleetwood Mac Tribute
The Rumors bring their tribute to classic rock group Fleetwood Mac to the Gallo Center. Members of the band recreated the sound of Fleetwood Mac while performing their hits.
