Global Edutech Company Brings Actionable IT Upskilling to UAE

Leading European EduTech company and digital competency school Future Collars has entered the UAE with the private office of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi to help address the nearly 47% collaboration skills gap recently reported by Employers in the UAE (PwC) to support the UAE’s digital transformation strategy.

Under the agreement, Future Collars will work with global organisations and individuals across the UAE to help re-skill, up-skill and core-skill professionals seeking to transition into the IT industry, which is currently facing a severe global talent shortage.

According to Korn Ferry’s recent “Future of Work: The Global Talent Crunch” study, a global talent shortage of more than 85 million people by 2030, if unchecked, could lead to an estimated $8.5 trillion in annual revenue across industries, and industries including IT.
