What’s the idea behind your company?
Touq is an Arabic word that translates to “ring” or “circle,” embodying our approach to comprehensive real estate services. The idea behind our company was formulated to serve a niche market that requires full-fledged, on-the-spot property services.
How did you begin your career journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
As a systems engineer, I have always found it interesting to improve running processes and achieve the easiest and most cost-effective solutions for all users. Real estate has also been a passion of mine, and I built upon that passion with my network and friends to help find Touq. I believe in always supporting my friends and network for mutual growth and to achieve a sustainable business model.
What’s the goal of your company?
Touq aims to be the bridge between landlords and tenants, providing seamless communication and transactions for wholesome and easily accessible property services.
How important are employees’ energy levels to the success of your company?
Employee energy levels are what keep Touq steaming forward. After all, a company is a group of people and not just a set of documents.
How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?
To motivate the team to go the extra mile, we at Touq prioritize creating a work environment that fosters growth, recognition, and a sense of purpose. We encourage our team members to continuously develop their skills and knowledge by providing them with training and learning opportunities. Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
Our “Touq App” is a new digital platform enabling users to manage and rent properties directly from owners. The app allows users to check available rental units from both individual owners and developers and provide maintenance services for each unit displayed.
The app’s services streamline the rental process and eliminate the need for real estate brokers, saving users time, effort, and money. The Touq app prioritizes service accuracy, addressing all the gaps and problems that users experience with similar applications on other platforms.
Users can list their rental properties in an advanced way by adding pictures, videos, and all other necessary details, allowing buyers and tenants to make informed decisions anytime and anywhere.
The application was designed and implemented by a professional team with experience in the real estate and technical fields, utilizing the latest modern technology to bridge the gap between property owners, developers, and tenants. The real estate market in the UAE has shown strong performance since the beginning of the year, with expectations for steady growth due to increasing demand and diverse property offerings.
