Winners of Ericsson’s (NASDAQ: ERIC ) Together Apart Hackathon in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), sponsored by the UAE Ministry of Economy, 14-17 March 2023, visited Ericsson’s headquarters in Sweden , exchange ideas, get inspired and learn further with Ericsson’s technical experts as part of the Hackathon Awards. Inspired by the UAE Vision 2021, the hackathon focuses on identifying innovative and commercially viable solutions that showcase connectivity and the power of 5G.
The delegation included members of Together Apart Hackathon winning team RenAIssance, whose solution is a cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) platform that integrates disruptive technologies and innovations in medical Internet of Things (IoT) devices and 5G technology, with a focus on healthcare industry.
The team was welcomed at the Ericsson Imagine Studio, toured the experience center and met Ericsson leadership, innovation specialists and experts. Experts shared Ericsson’s vision, innovation, social and corporate responsibility and entrepreneurship in technologies such as 4G, 5G, Internet of Things (IoT) and digital twins. They also explore the potential and power of infinite connectivity to transform other sectors and industries.
