One of the sweetest things about the holidays is tradition.
Every family There was one, so Hershey decided to dig a little deeper to reveal how families spend time together, narrowing it down to the top 10 favorite traditions across the country and by state.
71% believe it is important to celebrate traditions around the holidays, while 76% still celebrate traditions from an early age.
Overall, the most popular tradition for 69% of survey respondents was decorating christmas treeWhat a relief to come together to erect this tree and decorate it with ornaments, light bulbs, etc.
exchange Giftwatching your favorite holiday movie, decorating your home, and seeing holiday lights/decorations round out the top five.
Other traditional pastimes mentioned in the survey included drinking hot cocoa, baking a holiday meal, hanging or stuffing stockings, listening to or singing favorite holiday songs, and Snow.
The brand also recommends a pairing guide for their sweet treats to tie in with holiday traditions and make them even more memorable.
