Holiday Factory selects MoEngage to drive customer engagement

Holiday Factory, an UAE-based online tour operator offering holiday packages, has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-driven customer engagement platform to drive customer engagement.

With operations across the GCC region, Holiday Factory positions itself as a true mass online platform with a higher quality of service. The brand started its journey in 2011 and has become a pioneer in its native UAE.

With a customer-first approach, Holiday Factory was one of the early adopters of the customer engagement platform back in 2015. However, as the brand grew in size, it began exploring other engagement platforms to improve its ROI.

“While we started using engagement platforms early on, as the market matured and ROI metrics changed, we started paying attention. We adopted another platform. However, the experience wasn’t the best. That’s when we met MoEngage and the solutions it provides,” said Namrata Bhatia, Head of Marketing, Holiday Factory, at the recent #GROWTH Summit in Dubai.

Before deploying MoEngage, Holiday Factory faced challenges with UI/UX on the back-end front-end and cost variance in ROI. This is where MoEngage, an insight-driven customer engagement platform, helps brands by improving UI/UX and providing accurate solutions to each of their pain points.

Additionally, transparency factors, fast support, and the ability to integrate with existing martech stacks set MoEngage apart from the competition when partnering with Holiday Factory.
