(Versailles, IN) – The Holdsworth Entertainment Pavilion in Versailles will be inaugurated this weekend.
Community members are invited to come to the plaza to recognize Gary and Patsy Holdsworth for their dedication to students, the school and the community. The Holdsworths’ career at South Ripley Schools spanned more than 30 years. Their legacy lives on through the programs and traditions they established, such as marching bands and performing choirs.
Festivities will begin at 5:00 pm on Saturday. 3rd Brookville Live music will begin approximately 20 minutes before the 6:00pm show, along with their wood fired pizza truck.
The evening will conclude with performances by Eric Sheets and The Downstairs Dads.
The Holdsworth Entertainment Pavilion is the product of a successful crowdfunding campaign asking Versailles Main Street to raise $50,000 for a matching grant from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
