Indian-origin family found dead in US home; homicide investigation ongoing

An Indian-origin couple and their two children were found dead in their New Jersey home, prompting a homicide investigation. Tej Pratap Singh, 43, and Sonal Parihar, 42, along with their 10-year-old son and 6-year-old were discovered deceased on Wednesday afternoon.Indian-origin family of four found dead in US home

Authorities, including Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Plainsboro Police Chief Eamon Blanchard, are currently investigating the case. The tragic incident was reported after a 911 call, and autopsies are underway.

Police have ruled out any immediate threat to the public. The community expressed deep sorrow, and officials assured the public of their safety.

The family’s home remains cordoned off, and the incident is initially being examined as a possible murder-suicide. Relatives and neighbors were shocked, describing the family as friendly and active in the community.
