After extensive discussions with existing stakeholders, Ithra Dubai conceived the Gold Souk Extension to provide the best solution for its trading needs. The expansion will enhance the entire shopping and transaction experience, and provide customers and retailers with ultra-modern commercial and retail space solutions. The expansion of Gold Souk includes Maryam and Hind Plaza, covering an area of ​​approximately 1 million square feet, including 295 retail units and 255,000 square feet of office space, in addition to 468 residential units available for rent.

Many international and local jewelry brands, including Al Romaizan Gold & Jewellery, Malabar Gold & Diamond, Al KanzJewellery, DhakanJewellers, Jawhara, Gold House, Hyatt, New Mashoom, Top Gold, Zayan, Iman, NavranJewellers, Ismail, Popley and Kalyan Jewelers soon The GSE will be called home. Ithra Dubai’s DEP plan is carried out in two phases. The seven plazas will add 1,052 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment residential units, 384 retail units, 518,000 square feet of NLA office space and 2,891 parking lots.

Currently, Deira Enrichment Project has four hotels, including the fully operational Adagio Hotel Apartment, Wyndham Hotel, Super 8 Hotel, and Days Hotel, which is expected to open this month.

Upon completion, the entire development project will enhance Dubai’s public and shared spaces, bringing the community together through parks, plazas, shady sidewalks, special dining experiences, and activities and activities.

The mixed-use development project will divert traffic in and out of the area, adding a series of urban residences and offices that suit market needs, a lush green exterior and an upgraded shopping experience. The project will provide an ideal environment for an integrated lifestyle between work, housing, leisure and shopping.
