Jennette McCurdy wants Ariana Grande to read her new memoir “I’m So Happy My Mom Died”.
The former ‘iCarly’ star doesn’t ‘know’ if the ‘Thank U Next’ pop princess — who co-starred with ‘Sam and Cat’ on Nickleodeon — will pick up her new book, but calls it “fun” “Reading” is for anyone.
The 30-year-old former actress told Entertainment Tonight: “I don’t know if she’s going to read the book, but I think whoever you are, it’s a really interesting book, so I hope she will. “
In the new book, Janet admits to being jealous of her co-workers because her burgeoning singing career during a season in 2013 will be excluded from the series.
She wrote: “The week I was told Ariana wouldn’t be here at all, they were going to write this episode of her absence by having her character locked in a box. Are you kidding me? So I had to turn down the movie while Ariana whistled at the Billboard Music Awards? F***. This.
Jennette detailed how this made her “hate to be a great sport,” a trait she has acclaimed.
She explained: “If I hadn’t been such a good sport in the first place, I wouldn’t have gotten into this shit in the first place. I wouldn’t have said these bullshit lines on this bad show and put on this damn haircut. Maybe I’m now Life would be totally different. I fantasized about it being different. But it wasn’t any different. That’s it. That’s it. Ariana misses “Yeah”
Janet ‘breaks down’ as Ariana attends flamboyant charade party at Tom Hanks’ house.
She said: “That was the moment I broke down. I couldn’t take it anymore. Music performances and magazine covers… Anyway, I’ll get over it. But playing family games at National Treasure, twice Academy Award winner and six-time nominated Tom Hanks’ house? I’m done.”
