Jonarose Limon Remillosa is the CEO of Flawless Beauty General Trading LLC. She’s a highly ambitious woman entrepreneur on her way up the success ladder. She aims to show every Filipino how they can achieve their goals if they put their heart into it. Furthermore, she wants the world to know that Filipinos can also be great leaders.
However, that’s not her only goal. She is a family-oriented person and a risk-taker. Through her company Flawless Beauty General Trading LLC, she wants to help her clients get their desired results from her skincare products. The brand also has an online presence on Facebook, Instagram and they also have offline stores in different malls in Dubai located in Deira City Centre, Al Ghurair Centre, Burjuman Centre and Sahara Shopping Centre.
During our interview with her, Jona told us how she focuses on providing quality products to the clients and aims to make her company one of the leading brands in the UAE.
Within some time, she is also planning to expand Flawless Beauty and develop the latest products to suit each customer’s skin care requirements. Not just that, she wants the customers to get flawless skin through her project. With increasing her sales, she wants her customers to become increasingly happy and their skin even better.

Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
Due to some unfortunate circumstances in my personal life, I decided to explore opportunities in the UAE through my father’s help since he was working in the UAE at that time. I was fortunate enough to get hired by Index Exchange as a Cashier Junior Officer in Abu Dhabi. While working, I started selling online as well to have extra income way back in 2016. In 2018, I decided to start a company since I already had a Stable Market and suppliers as well. That’s how the journey of Flawless Beauty on the competitive market in the UAE began.
What are your goals?
My goals are to make my own skincare brand be known in the market because of its quality and effectiveness and expand all over UAE. I also want to prove that Filipinos aren’t just good employees but also good businessmen.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
My biggest strength is that I’m highly flexible and a risk-taker. Hence, when I see an opportunity that I think is profitable, I don’t hesitate and always give it a go.
Jonarose Limon Remillosa , What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
It’s been a complex and challenging journey for me since I’m starting it all by myself with a lack of financial capacity. However, if I always hesitated and didn’t go all the way, I wouldn’t have been here, where I am right now. And, of course, with the Lord’s guidance, the Lord blesses me with every step I take.

I started this company because I want to give the best quality products to my customers, not just to sell but to help them with their skincare needs so their money will always be well spent. And when I become successful, I can help and share my fortune as well with those who need it. I want to lift the spirit and be an inspiration to my fellow Filipinos, not to be scared to follow their dreams.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest challenge that I have to overcome is to provide enough investment since my company began expanding and choosing the right employees for the job.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?
We, Filipinos are very family-oriented. Therefore, we do all this hard work to give our family a promising future.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
Since my vision is to have my own skincare brand, I studied every good quality ingredient for skin that will help to solve most of the skincare problems that most of us are facing because I believe that having good skin is very important.
What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
Flexibility, passion, and most of all, faith in God
What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
To overcome challenges, what you must do is pray and trust God. In addition, you should believe in yourself even if no one does, and most of all, you need to be strong enough mentally and emotionally and always focus on your goals.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
I see my company two years from now having a variety of skincare products with our own brand, supplying to different countries and retailers, and opening more stores all over the Emirates. So, I am very focused now and excited about achieving this goal soon.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
Having long-term goals and making this company stable enough to provide more jobs and opportunities. My number one priority is to give quality skincare products that are very effective and help solve most of my client’s skin issues. Trust is very important, and I don’t want to fail my customers. I want their money to be well spent. So, it will always be quality over quantity.
What services/solutions or products are offered by your company at par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
We are releasing complete skincare products soon, starting with toner and cream. Now we started making cleansers, sun cream, and serum that will surely benefit every customer who uses it as we carefully choose all the ingredients so they can get many good benefits while using these skincare products. Their satisfaction is our number 1 priority.
