Explain the background of you and the Company in detail.

Personal background:-

I have 15+ years of regional market experience in retail banking with various banks like Standard chartered, Mashreq Bank, ABN Amro Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi.

I am result-oriented and an experienced Business Development Manager with proven work exposure in Financial Advisory, Banking Functions, Relationship Management. In addition to that, I have been Selling Financial Services to SMEs and Corporate and maintaining excellent contacts with high-net-worth potential clientele.

Furthermore, I possess excellent in-depth knowledge of banking credit & operation systems and analytical and negotiation skills. I also have a sound knowledge of products and competitors.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/Company right now?

Immense regional market experience in the banking and real estate domain. Precise knowledge of domain fundamentals and competition is the key of our success.

What was the path you/your Company took to get to where you are today?

Our prime business principle is to maintain transparency, give correct knowledge to clients in their home finance journey, bring the best mortgage solution, and smooth end-to-end transactions.

Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this Company?

At Money Maestro, we believe that all clients are unique; hence we should have bespoke solutions for them. Money Maestro started in 2020 with my realization when I felt that there was a gap in the market between clients’ requirements and lending parameters with different banks. As an employee of any specific bank, I cannot justify my service resolution to my potential clients. Hence, I decided to start my mortgage consultancy company to offer multiple options to the client’s specific needs through various banks.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Money Maestro started its journey with covid around us. Despite this pandemic, our clientele kept us up and running in the business, which motivated the team towards a brighter future.

What makes you excited about Mondays?

We start every day with unique challenges and greater expectations that give new learning and energy to rise and shine.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?

At Money Maestro, every individual client is committed to the best home finance solutions. Our client’s faith and satisfaction are the most important objective for the organization with each and every transaction. We ensure that this parameter is met with each deal we underwrite.

What are your Company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?

We ensure that every client we onboard with us is met personally for an initial meeting where we understand their personal profile, requirements, past professional history and existing financial exposure, etc. Then post-meeting only, we give certain solutions and help them to understand the financial commitments they are going to make.

Here we have to understand that the cheapest product is not the best option; there is a lot of hidden information and commitment that comes with any financial contract. Hence everyone needs to be guided by an expert before entering into any agreement or financial commitment.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.

As I discussed in the previous question, we first have to understand our clients and their requirements so that they can get onboard with us. Understanding everything about our clients, including their personal profile and requirements to existing financial exposure and whatnot, we have to develop personalized solutions. It allows us to be innovative and creative in terms of client onboarding and providing solutions.

What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?

Buying a house is a very emotional decision for any individual. However, when it comes to mortgages, it comes with long-term financial commitment as well. In our business, we have experienced many incidents wherein we have seen buyers make biased decisions without 2nd opinion from any experts and then face challenges in securing the right mortgage option. Therefore, we suggest every inquiry to secure the mortgage in principle approval first before paying advance for the property. It helps the borrower to negotiate the right terms and evaluate the various borrowing conditions. 

How do you see Money Maestro changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

We are very excited about the development and growth in the UAE that we can witness in our surroundings. This motivates people from different parts of the world to come here and make a 2nd home in the UAE.

We are getting many overseas queries from Non-resident applicants; hence we might have to increase our overseas presence in the near future. We will be deploying more tech-based solutions to address the business need. Hence we are already in touch with the concerned people for the same.

Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your Company in this competitive world?

This is a very interesting question for me. In our regular business operation, I personally come across many clients with incomplete information or biased decisions. Having 15 years of regional experience in the banking field and real estate domain, I personally help our clients experience the 360-degree information of their home buying journey.
