Jonathan Majors Entertainment 360 parted ways with artist manager, insider confirms typeThe incident comes three weeks after the “Tenet III” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Fever” actors were arrested in New York in late March on assault and harassment charges.
Majors was also fired by his former public relations manager, Lede Company. A source with knowledge of the PR firm confirmed the actor was removed as a client last month.
There was no immediate comment from Entertainment 360 or Lede.
The 33-year-old actor was arrested in Manhattan on March 25 and charged with battery and harassment over a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman. New York police responded to a 911 call, which resulted in Majors being taken into custody. The unnamed victim was hospitalized with “minor head and neck injuries,” according to authorities.
Majors’ legal team has denied that the assault took place, saying there is evidence to clear the actor of the charges.
“Mr. Majors categorically denies assaulting this woman,” Priya Choudhury, Majors’ criminal defense attorney, said in a statement a week after his arrest. Chaudry also released a series of text messages allegedly exchanged between Majors and the 30-year-old woman to learn more about the situation.
Prior to his arrest, Majors was widely regarded as a rising star in Hollywood. The actor was nominated for an Emmy for “Lovecraft’s Country,” and has major roles in this year’s two spring blockbusters, “Tenet III” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum of Madness.” In future Marvel projects, including Summer 2025’s “Avengers: Reign of Kang,” he’ll reprise his role from “Quantum Mania” as the villainous multiverse traveler Kang. Additionally, Majors starred in “Magazine Dreams,” which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and was acquired by Searchlight Pictures days before the actor’s arrest.
Deadline was first to report the outage between the Majors and Entertainment 360.
