(Menarfin– Middle East.Info)ABU DHABI, UAE – Juventus Academy Abu Dhabi played a friendly match at the New York University Falcon Stadium in Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) on Saadiyat Island on March 17, 2023, as part of the academy’s “Family Day” celebrations part. The match saw a friendly match between multiple cross-age league teams from Juventus Academy Zayed Cricket Stadium, Khalifa A – Koora Sports, Al Reem Island and NYU Pitch affiliates.
To add to the prestige of the event, the exclusive competition featured several VIP guests including Italian Ambassador Lorenzo Fanara, Abu Dhabi Juventus Academy Chairman Ahmed Rahma Al Masaood, Abu Dhabi Juventus Academy CEO Salah Adib, and guests from around the world celebrities. These include Juventus legend Andrea Barzagli, Juventus academy manager Davide Fornaca and Juventus academy international business development manager Martino Rimoldi.
The event also included interactive activities for children and families, offering a rare opportunity for members of the Italian community and the Juventus supporters club in the country’s capital to come together and enjoy a day of sport and entertainment.
The NYU Abu Dhabi branch of Juventus Academy has been established in Abu Dhabi for five years and will join forces with the academy’s other facilities in the capital at Koora Sports, Al Reem Island and the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Khalifa City in early 2022. The branches were established together to provide a world-class coaching program and training platform designed and implemented by the most famous Italian and Juventus-approved coaches.
