Indian actress Divya Prabhu has taken to Instagram to reveal that she filed a police complaint following a disturbing incident on an Air India flight from Mumbai to Kochi. According to the actress, an inebriated passenger moved to sit next to her window seat and engaged in a senseless argument about their seating arrangement.
She claimed that the passenger also touched her inappropriately. When she alerted the flight crew, they moved her to a different seat but took no action against the man who harassed her.
Ground staff at the airport advised her to file a police complaint, providing her with an email address for this purpose. Divya Prabhu shared screenshots of the email on Instagram, seeking her followers’ support to bring attention to the incident.
She later thanked her supporters and announced that she had filed an official FIR with the police. Police have confirmed receiving the complaint and are attempting to contact her.
