Khalifa Fund opened a dedicated SME network to increase productivity in Abu Dhabi

Khalifa Enterprise Development Fund launched “AD SME Tribe”, an online community platform that promotes the development of enterprises through community-centric guidance and meaningful connections. The SME Support Network is the latest member of the fund’s growing portfolio of initiatives to support the development of local entrepreneurial ecosystems.

The new initiative of the Khalifa Fund aims to create a dedicated community through which SMEs can connect with stakeholders (such as service providers, decision makers and leaders in Abu Dhabi’s priority sectors) to inspire understanding of today’s business environment A new perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the world. By linking SMEs with professional communities, the fund is supporting the Abu Dhabi government’s vision to open new doors of creativity and unlock the full potential of SMEs to increase productivity throughout the emirate.

Through three 90-minute virtual gatherings and four seminars, SMEs can obtain expert advice through thought-provoking discussions, ideas and innovations to support their businesses. The first gathering via the online platform is scheduled to be held on October 18th, the second on November 15th, and the third on December 14th.

The thematic questions raised in the meeting included the most memorable moments in the company, which are effective and which can be improved, and the types of business solutions that can resonate most with customers by sharing successful cases and the most memorable moments. This level of guidance aims to provide SMEs with what they need to grow and prosper.

Khalifa Fund will provide enterprises with the following four pillars of support through AD SME Tribe: A hub for connection, participation, collaboration, transformation and development; Opportunities to promote relationships between industry leaders; Access to experts, buyers and knowledge; Through access to technology And innovation to get new ideas.
