Khloe Kardashian has turned down countless Met Gala invitations ahead of her 2022 debut.
The 38-year-old star attended the annual fundraising gala in New York City earlier this year, although she was “not big on the red carpet.”
Khloe explained: “I’ve been invited in the past. I just chose not to. I’m not interested in the red carpet. I think I’ve made that clear.”
Khloe was persuaded to attend the latest Met Gala by her sister Kim.
In an episode of “The Kardashians,” Khloe shared, “Old Kimberly has a way of talking. And I’m also very pushy at certain things, and I think I let her push me.”
Kim, 42, is desperate to meet her sister at the Met Gala.
She said: “Khloe has been nervous going to the Met. So I thought, ‘You’re going to look great. You’re going to take advantage of my charm. We’re going to get ready together. We want this to be the best experience ever.'”
Meanwhile, Kohler recently revealed that her surgical scars have healed “remarkably well.”
The TV star, who underwent surgery to remove a small bump from her cheek, offered some insight into the healing process.
One Twitter follower said: “So proud of you, Koko, for taking care of your skin and rocking your Band-Aid during all these high fashion events. Do you know when you can take it off?”
Khloe then replied: “Trust me, it’s not easy lol, but it will help my scar not stretch out more than it has to. Now it’s healing really well. I lasered it and it healed Good. They want me to wear it for six months, but I’m not sure how long I’ll last. (sic)”
