Kim Kardashian has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who called her “wife.”
The “Kardashian” star has allegedly received unwanted attention from Jomonie Victor Zigler, claiming in court documents that he visited the Her home, only to be stopped by security guards who posted explicit information about her online.
Kim also claims the man delivered items to her room, including a diamond ring and a hotel room key, according to documents filed by Kim’s attorney, Shawn Holley, and obtained by TMZ.
The 42-year-old beauty said the man’s behavior caused emotional distress, noting he had a criminal record including threats and firearms.
A judge signed the restraining order, which will remain in effect until a full hearing on the matter next month.
Just a month ago, Kim was granted another restraining order against a man who allegedly believed he had been communicating with her telepathically.
Andre Persaud was told he could not contact the Skims founder and had to stay at least 100 yards away from the reality star after visiting her house at least three times in August.
According to the website, Kim claimed to have never met the man and feared he would become violent after allegedly claiming a weapon.
Persaud is also said to have posted about the reality star on social media.
The restraining order added that Persaud must not own or possess firearms and must surrender any firearms he may already possess to authorities.
Ziegler isn’t the first to give Kim — who has four children with ex-husband Kanye West — an unwanted diamond ring.
In 2021, Nicholas Costanza was detained by security at her gated Hidden Hills community after sending her jewelry and the morning-after pill, and was arrested for trespassing and violating his five-year permanent restraining order .
