Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the sale of 14 fully-furnished high-end properties at Raffles Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, including a AED153.1 million (US$42 million) triplex penthouse and an AED87 million (US$24 million) ten thousand dollars) four-storey villa.
The offering at Raffles comprises four villas, seven apartments and three three-storey penthouses.
The villas are available for purchase fully furnished, ranging from AED 52.1 million to AED 87 million, with built-up areas between 12,404 sq ft and 14,464 sq ft.
Penthouses are priced between AED 139.5 million and AED 153.1 million, with sizes ranging from 24,929 sq ft to 26,598 sq ft. Apartments are priced between Dh52.1 million and Dh84.5 million, with sizes ranging from 6,911 sq ft to 15,177 sq ft.
With contemporary design by Yodezeen architecture and interior design studio, properties at Raffles Residences feature bespoke lighting, bespoke kitchens and appliances from Italian brands Minotti, B&B Italia, Giorgetti, Catelan Italia, Turri, Poltrona Frau, Visionnaire, Yael and Designer furniture, it added, Golden Berg, Opera Contemporary and Casa Milano and Henge.
