Majid Al Futtaim Announces Opening Abu DhabiThe newest attraction at Reem Mall is the indoor snow park.
Snow Abu Dhabi is Majid Al Futtaim’s fourth indoor snow park, launched just six months after opening Snow Oman.
“Abu Dhabi is fast becoming a global family fun and leisure destination and we are delighted to launch New Experience Unlike anything else the capital city has to offer,” said Ignace LahoudEntertainment Industry CEO of Majid Al Futtaim.
Snow Abu Dhabi’s debut represents the company’s “commitment to bringing innovation and immersive experience Families in the MENA region,” Lahoud added.
Snow Abu Dhabi is located in Reem Mall and covers an area of 9,732 square meters. The new venue features more than 20 rides and attractions.
These include the Crystal Carousel, the Polar Express, the Snow Garden and the Magic Tree. Visitors will also enjoy three food and beverage outlets surrounded by real snow.
“With the launch of Snow Abu Dhabi, our visitors will have the opportunity to escape to a magical winter wonderland, enjoying exciting activities and stunning surroundings,” said Bruce von KaufmannDirector of Reem Mall.
Back in 2005, Majid Al Futtaim opened Ski Dubai in the Mall of the Emirates. Sky Egypt at Mall of Egypt joined in 2017 and Snow Oman joined Mall of Oman in 2022. These are part of the group’s Global Snow brand.
