What’s the idea behind Your Company?
The main idea behind STARTRADER Limited is to give all clients the power and ability to make investments. In order to achieve that, as a regulated firm, we offer investment tools that are reachable for each and every one. Those tools are simple, so they can be utilized by anybody to realize their investment dreams. In the past, many people wanted to do trading but could not find a way to do that. We took all the effort needed to make trading possible for everybody.
How did you begin your career journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
Marketing has always been my passion. In fact, I have never considered it a job as much as a creative game in which I can reflect on what is in my mind in the real world. Moreover, I think that investment and marketing are inseparable. In order to get to your investment goals, you will have to make use of the marketing tools available in your hand. That is, in brief, what pushed me to take this career path.
As for beginners, I advise them not to be afraid to take on challenges or to break the rules. In fact, I believe that in marketing, there are no rules or that the rules are there to break and unleash our creativity.
What’s the goal of your company?
Our company’s main goal is to provide people who are passionate about trading, whether they are beginners or experts in the field, with the tools and knowledge they need to assist their trading journey (trading platforms, educational resources such as videos, seminars, webinars, daily market updates, one to one professional support, and competitive offers). Sound and in-depth knowledge help people make informed decisions in trading, and the right tools simplify the trading journey for them. Therefore, our company offers both.
What makes the team successful, in your opinion?
Personally, I think that believing in your team is an essential thing. When you believe in each individual in your team, you give them the chance to express themselves freely, and thus you get to know each one’s strengths and the points that need some improvement. You can then work on the latter and enhance the first. Of course, this cannot be done unless you create an environment that is friendly and welcoming to innovation. One more point I truly believe you should never ignore as a team leader is to work on your team’s development. You need to help them achieve the company’s goals and their personal dreams.
How important are employees’ energy levels to the success of your company?
Everything in the world needs energy and power to operate. The same applies to businesses and companies. With no energy, they cannot achieve any of their dreams. Also, the same thing applies to people! Energy is the drive that pushes them to work hard and go after their dreams. Undoubtedly, an employee’s energy is the engine that drives any business to go forward. Therefore, STARTRADER always ensures that the employees are highly motivated and ready for challenges. We do our best to ensure that each one shows every day full of energy and ready to do their best and go one extra mile.
How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?
In order to get that high level of energy, we involve our teams in the decision-making process. After all, we believe that each one of them is a successful partner rather than an employee and that each one has something to bring that will push the company forward.
Since you need to ensure that your teams are always at their best, it is important to provide them with any training they need. This will further improve their confidence and their performance. All that needs to be done in a supportive environment. To have such an environment, team-building activities should be conducted often both at the office and outside the office. Such activities bring the team members closer to each other, and thus they become supportive of each other.
What keeps STARTRADER moving forward even during challenges?
Without challenges, life is dull! This is how we play the game in our company. We take the challenge, face it, overcome it, and get amazing results! To be able to face challenges and overcome them, you need to build the right foundations. The right base is always the way to find a solution to any problems that might arise along the way. Second, we use digital channels to communicate with our clients, and communication is one the most important channels to get clients’ satisfaction. Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
Creativity is the secret to any success. A great majority of people are not daring enough to think outside the box. Instead, they inbox themselves within the limits of trying ideas that have been tried again and again. Copying others will not get you anywhere. You need to take the path less trodden. You must be courageous enough to bring ideas that nobody else has come up with. Our team’s creative power has reached a level where others actually started copying us.
Would you like to say anything else to our viewers?
Success needs to be achieved on different levels at the same time. I mean, you need to work on yourself to achieve your personal success, always educate yourself, and improve your career. You also need to succeed in your social life and have a loving and harmonious family. However, one of the most important things that you need to work on is investing in your future. It is essential to stay up to date with the latest technologies and start online investing.
